You're one step closer to healing

reaching out for help can be hard

You might be accustomed to pleasing others. Maybe you feel guilt or shame for having your own needs in relationships. Perhaps you’re used to being alone with your thoughts and feelings, but you’re exhausted. Or, you’ve been living on autopilot, and you’re tired of ‘just existing.’

If these experiences resonate with you, you’re not alone. I help many others just like you.

You may be feeling scared to unpack old wounds, or worried that if you open the box and start exploring what’s inside, it will be too much to handle. This fear is normal. And, therapy is for you, which means we will go at your preferred pace. We will only explore what feels safe and comfortable for you in each moment.

Perhaps you’re also feeling nervous to let someone else in, or unsure whether the experience will be “worth it.” If this sounds like you, please know: All parts of you are welcome here, and will be met with empathy, openness, and acceptance. You deserve to take up space, and you’re worthy of care and support (we all are!).

Quote by David Richo: “Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.” As a complex trauma therapist in Texas, Eden helps people heal from past wounds and develop loving-kindness towards all parts of themselves.

I work at a practice called Discovery Counseling Austin, where I provide one-on-one therapy to millennials, Gen-Zers, and young adults (age 18+) across the state of Texas.

Clients typically meet with me for one standard therapy hour (i.e., 50 minutes) per week, depending on their needs. We may adjust meeting frequency as appropriate.

*I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth and in person. At this time, my in-office appointments are only offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My telehealth appointments are offered on all weekdays.*

New to virtual therapy?

It’s essentially the same as in-office therapy, but with added perks: You get to skip the commute through traffic, and can meet with me from the comfort and privacy of a space of your choosing.

Whether you’re a student juggling classes, a professional with a busy work schedule, a stay-at-home parent, a homebody, or someone who simply appreciates the convenience of meeting remotely, online therapy can make all the difference!
